Prospecting and follow-ups: 6 emails that do not bother

Short, polite, with a single action. And they go out even when you are overwhelmed.

Finding clients is one of entrepreneurs’ biggest time shortages. And most often, money is lost in the follow-up: you send a message, forget to follow up, and the conversation dies.

The 4 rules I apply

  • A single question or action per message.
  • Under 100 words.
  • One specific sentence about the person, not a copy-pasted message.
  • A follow-up calendar, decided in advance.

The 6 moments of a follow-up

The first message, the follow-up at 3 days, the message after a meeting, the quote with no answer, the last follow-up, and the late invoice. The free resource contains a template for each.

What can be automated

The follow-up: who replied, who needs a reminder, and when. An agent can prepare the messages and submit them to you. You stay in control of what goes out, but you no longer forget anyone.
